The rooms were great value for money and the location was excellent near a pretty park. The venue was also within a 25-minute walk from a local independently-run museum.

The place has perfect location close to town centre Definitely recommend. The bets part that it's near Ilfracombe/seafront and local shops.

A lovely area, great location next to town / food / bars, local marina and shops and ilfracombe town center-sea front. New-fashioned and airy units with great bed. Gorgeous and particularly good breakfast — plenty of meals.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and brilliant location not far from Lundy island, and beaches. Had a such great stay for two nights as a last minute trip away & would stay here again.

Make sure to get king room with a magnificent view, juices etc, as for instance. The staff are welcoming and very pleasant, and the owner too. The setting is great, close to the front garden, lidl and ilfracombe harbour and shops and restaurants, lovely area. Besides, Ilfracombe Harbour Harbor is 10 minutes' drive away.

This was an unbeatable location next to the city center, local shops, and a pretty park. Got a fresh made breakfast included.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B with a comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this accommodation.
